A GCHP system must be considered as system. The overall efficiency of the system is affected by many factors beyond the efficiency of the equipment selected. System efficiency is directly affected by many aspect of the design of the building, heating and cooling distribution system, other building systems, and the design of the mechanical system. 

Designing a GCHP system requires attention to many details. GEOptimize can work with you to ensure all the details are considered.
